I run more than 200 AI agents across my own businesses. They draft content, watch numbers, and handle the repetitive work, so a small operation runs like a bigger one without hiring. I didn't learn that on a client. I built it because I needed it.

That's the whole pitch. I'm not a consultant who hands you a deck and disappears. I'm the operator who builds the thing and runs it. I only bring you systems that already earn their keep for me.

I take a small number of clients so each one is done right. The first assessment I ran for an outside business was a 6-person pallet company, where I found 10 to 15 hours a week hiding in their quoting, support, and invoicing. That's the work: find the hours, build the systems, win them back.
